When you submit the Request Access, Book a Demo or Contact forms we store the details you provide (name, work email, company, role, country, your message and — for access requests — your consent and its timestamp). We use them only to review and respond to your enquiry. A notification email is sent to our team; delivery status is recorded.
We do not sell your data, we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not add you to marketing lists from a form submission.
The public homepage sets no marketing cookies. The application uses browser local storage strictly for functionality: your session token after sign-in, interface preferences (theme, sidebar), and — only if you tick “Remember me” — your email address on that device. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
Project data inside the platform belongs to the client organisation (tenant) that created it. It is tenant- and project-isolated, protected by role-based access, and covered by the audit trail. AI features send only the minimum context needed for a request and never expose one tenant's data to another.
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your submitted details at any time by emailing info@aisiteauditpro.com.
